Sam Stoltzfus and Frank Fendler, co-owners of AERO, share a vision for the next generation of growing. Sam and Frank are not the first people to try to grow plants without soil. Hydroponics is the process of growing plants with their roots submerged in water rather than dirt. This developed into Aeroponic growing, which is essentially hydroponic growing with moving, nutrient-rich water, but without the fish. Sam and Frank also wanted to have a system that could be used by anyone interested in growing their own healthy food. So they worked to develop a small system termed the Grow Wall that can be used in restaurants and kitchens. Going beyond organic, AERO brings a range of simple, affordable, and sustainable Aeroponics Growing Systems that provide healthy produce for families, communities, and commercial enterprises worldwide.

It began in our kitchen…when my husband Dave Rotelle decided to try his hand at making cheese for the first time. With most of the main ingredients in place, great milk and the ability to create and market outstanding cheese, we established September Farm Cheese in 2007. The interaction with customers and the community is a highlight to our family. Our cheese is the cornerstone of our business. Our customers are our highest priority. As a family, we feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve you. As we see our cheese find its way into homes and stores across the country we realize that with God’s blessing, dreams can become reality. ~ Roberta Rotelle

Have you ever wondered why our ice cream and drinks taste so good? It could be that they're made in a place where the people are as good as the place itself. A place called Lancaster County. Great-grandpa Frederick Benedict Frey started making strawberry ice cream for the family's Sunday dinner long, long ago. In the time since, his descendants (that's us) have added quite a few flavors to the selection. But we still make sure everyone is good enough for Sunday dinner.
